Do you repair broken glass, foggy panes, failed seals, damaged frames, hardware, screens, or other window and door components?
Our focus is on full window and door replacement rather than individual repairs. If your window or door has reached the point where replacement makes more sense, we’d be happy to take a look and provide a quote.
What’s included with installation?
Installation includes removal of your existing window or door, installation of the new unit, flashing and waterproofing, air sealing and insulation, disposal of the old unit and installation debris, hardware adjustments, and a final check to make sure everything is operating properly.
Interior and exterior trim is included when specified in your quote. If unexpected issues such as rot or structural damage are uncovered during installation, any additional work will be discussed with you before proceeding.
How long does it take to get and install new windows or doors?
Timing varies depending on the product, manufacturer, project size, and current lead times. Once your selections and measurements are confirmed, we’ll provide an estimated delivery and installation timeline for your project.
Do you charge for travel?
We’re proud to serve homeowners throughout the Elk Valley and surrounding communities. Travel within 30 km of Fernie is included, while projects farther afield may include a small additional travel charge based on distance.
